Reporting illegal content (Digital Services Act)
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Ginta hosts websites made by its users. Under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) this page explains how to tell us about illegal content and how we handle it.
How to report a website
Use Report a website. Please give:
- the address of the website or page (for example
https://name.ginta.page/menu), - what is wrong and why you think it is illegal or breaks our Acceptable Use Policy,
- your email, if you want to hear what we decided (optional, unless you report a copyright or trademark problem),
- confirmation that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
You don't need an account. If you prefer email, write to [Email] with the same information.
What happens next
- If you gave your email, we confirm that we received your report.
- We look at every report quickly, carefully and objectively. Reports about danger to people (for example child abuse material, phishing that is stealing money right now) come first.
- If the content is illegal or breaks our rules, we remove it or block the website, and tell the website's owner what we did and why (a statement of reasons), including how to ask for a review.
- We tell you our decision if you gave your email.
- We don't use automated tools to decide about reports; automatic checks only stop some clearly harmful content (for example password-collecting forms) from being published.
If you disagree with a decision
Website owners and people who reported can ask us to review a decision within 6 months by writing to [Email]. A person who was not involved in the first decision looks at it again. You can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under Article 21 DSA, or go to court.
Points of contact

[Business name], [Address], company/registration number [Company/registration number].
Misuse
If someone repeatedly sends clearly unfounded reports, or repeatedly publishes clearly illegal content, we may, after a warning, stop handling their reports or suspend their account for a reasonable time.
