Questions
Do unused credits carry over?
Monthly credits renew on your billing date and don't carry over. Credits you buy never expire, and they're only used once the month's credits run out.
What happens when I run out?
Your websites keep working. The AI pauses until your credits renew, or until you top up or upgrade. Changing text and photos on the page yourself stays free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from your account. Upgrades start right away (you pay the difference for the rest of the month). If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.
What happens to my websites if I move to a smaller plan?
They all stay online. If you have more websites than the new plan includes, you can keep them but can't add new ones. Free websites show the small “Made with Ginta” line again.
Who handles the payment?
Paddle, our payment partner, handles checkout, invoices and VAT. Ginta never sees your card details.
