Email support@ginta.app. Write from the email address of your Ginta account if you can, and say which website it's about (its address, like bakery.ginta.page).

Something isn't working

• Signed in? Open the account menu and choose Report a problem. Write what happened and, if you like, add a screenshot. Ginta attaches the page, website and browser you were using, so you don't have to explain them.
• A change the AI made went wrong? Every change is saved as a version: undo it in the editor's History, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to restore the previous version.

Your account

• Forgot your password? Use Reset your password; the link in the email works for one hour.
• Your data: your account page has Download my data and Delete your account.
• Disconnect Claude or ChatGPT: Sign out everywhere on your account page ends every session and every connected AI app at once.
