Ginta vs Lovable vs Wix for small businesses
We make Ginta, so read this with that in mind. We've tried to be fair: every fact about Lovable and Wix comes from their own pricing pages and documentation, checked on 12 October 2026, with links at the end. Prices change and Wix shows different prices in different countries, so check before you buy.
The short answer:
- Lovable is the best of the three for building a web app: logins, a database, custom features. It writes real code you can take away. For a simple business website it's more tool (and more cost) than you need.
- Wix is the best for people who want to drag and drop everything themselves, and for bigger online shops. Its AI is good, but the parts many small businesses need (booking, payments) start on its higher plans.
- Ginta is made for one job: a fast business website with the parts small businesses use (booking, menu, quote requests, contact form), built and changed by asking, from Ginta's chat or from your own Claude or ChatGPT.

Where each one is the better choice
Choose Lovable when you're building a product, not a brochure
If your idea needs user accounts, a database, a dashboard or custom logic (a booking marketplace, an internal tool, a SaaS prototype), Lovable is built for that and Ginta isn't. You get real code (TanStack Start or React with a Supabase-based backend), Git sync, and you can take it elsewhere. The trade-off for a plain business website: every change costs credits, booking or a menu is code you or the AI must build and maintain, and a custom domain needs a paid plan.
Choose Wix when you want full control of the layout, or a big shop
Wix's editor lets you move every block yourself, and its app market and e-commerce are mature. If you'll sell hundreds of products, or you enjoy designing by hand, Wix is a safe choice. The trade-offs: the free plan can't use your domain, and booking, payments and the store start on Core, not on the cheapest plan.
Choose Ginta when you need a good website today and want to change it by asking
Ginta suits a barber, café, plumber, yoga studio or photographer who needs a fast, good-looking site with the usual parts, and doesn't want to learn an editor. You describe the business, answer a few questions and it's live in about a minute; you change it by asking, or click any text to edit it. Ginta-made pages typically score 90 to 100 on Google's PageSpeed test. The trade-offs: there's no drag-and-drop editor, it's not for building apps, and online payments on customers' sites are not open yet.
Same business, three tools: what you'd pay in year one
For a small business that wants its own domain, no builder branding and online booking (prices as listed on 12 October 2026, before tax, not counting the domain itself):
- Ginta Light: €9 a month, or €90 a year paid yearly. Booking is included.
- Lovable Pro: $25 a month, or $250 a year. Booking has to be built as part of your app with credits.
- Wix Core: $29 a month billed yearly in the US (Light at $17 doesn't include booking). Wix often runs discounts, and prices vary by country.
If you only need a site without booking, Ginta's Free plan already allows your own domain, with a small "Made with Ginta" line.

Questions
Is Ginta a Lovable alternative?
For business websites, yes: it publishes a finished site with booking, menus and forms built in, on your own domain even on the free plan. For building web apps with accounts and databases, no: use Lovable, Bolt or v0 for that.
Can I move from Wix to Ginta?
There's no automatic import. Describe your business to Ginta (or paste your current texts) and it builds a new site in about a minute; then point your domain to Ginta in Settings. Keep your Wix site until the new one is ready.
Which one is best for SEO?
All three let search engines index your site, set page titles and descriptions, and use your own domain. What matters more than the builder: a fast page, your real business details, your Google Business Profile, and reviews. Ginta pages are small and fast by design, and you can check any website's speed with our free website checker.
